2X Grammy-award winning singer/ trombonist Saunders Sermons entered 2012 on a world tour with The Tedeschi Trucks band also tour dates with Tyler Perry keeping his fans engaged
on his every move.
In 2009 Saunders released his Jazz EP “Classic Delight” that brought major attention to the Sermons’s brand, mixing R&B, Hip Hop and jazz without compromising his musicianship. Classic Delight featured his versatility as an artist leaving his fans anticipating more to come. Saunders has toured and recorded with Jay Z, Diddy, Fantasia, Roy Hargrove, Maxwell and currently touring with Blues royalty The tedeschi Trucks band in which he has recieved his second Grammy for best blues album of the year, when Saunders sings he puts you in the mind of Stevie Wonder and Al Green.
In the three years since Classic Delight he has managed to tour with other artist and cultivate his own solo career performing at the Atlanta Jazz festival this year on the international stage he’s truly been busy in 2012 with his forth-coming album “Just What She Needs” in which Sermons took a R&B approach , Just What She Needs will be available on I tunes, amazon, and bandcamp.
